Stopped off for lunch whilst visiting Dartmouth. Two of us had coronation salad - highly recommended. One had steak & mushroom baguette and the other sauerkraut & sausage baguette which they said were good. Portions were generous and our salads were delicious. Whilst my cider and sil’s iced coffee w
A good cafe serving hearty portions in the heart of Dartmouth. We stopped for breakfast; I had the scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast which was just what I needed before a long walk. Coffee was average and prices were pretty reasonable (especially given the amount of food you get!)
Probably one of the best breakfast spots in South Hams, Devon. Certainly the best in Dartmouth. Always busy because it’s so good.
Found this little cafe while visiting Dartmouth and just wow. The food and drink was amazing, tasted great and the portions 👌 High recommend if visiting.
This lovely warm and personal cafe feels like you would be going to a friend's place. Enjoyd my visit. Food was delicious, service genuine and the atmosphere felt happy ☺️
We remember Cafe Alf Resco opening in Dartmouth many years ago. So it was good to return after a very long time, when visiting the town. In fairness, we only had two cappuccino coffees on this occasion - which happened to be very good. But the place had lost none of its chilled atmosphere and it was
This looked to be one of the most frequented places of its kind in Dartmouth and is very busy at peak times. Breakfasts are popular. We had a baguette each for lunch - very substantial. The young, energetic staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would go back again.

The place also had a good atmosphere and had lots of interesting things to look at and enjoy. Staff were friendly and good s
Awesome B&B rooms with a seaside vibe. Cafe Alf Resco is very special. It has all types of food and drinks. Amazing service. Popular with visitors and locals. The location gives you easy access to Dartmouth and Kingswear. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience with very tasty food. Atmosphere was great despite the terrible weather.
Always worth getting up early to make it here for a wonderful breakfast (we travel 1+1/2 hours to get here). Great food, relaxing atmosphere, friendly helpful staff
Cafe Alf Resco, is a must go place for food. Its a small restaurant at Dartmouth and the food is amazing. What takes this place a notch above, is the staff, who are wonderful and dedicated. Do go here in mornings and try their English breakfast. Even the toast they serve, with the marmalades is re
