I can understand why The Singing Kettle has a high score. Excellent service, good food - I would highly recommend both the sweet and savoury high teas. Do yourself a favour if you're peckish and pay them a visit.

A really nice little cafe up a side road in Dartmouth. Staff are very friendly and coffee good. Cakes are very nice. Really enjoyed our visit. Even though it was busy were were served quickly, cannot fault it.

Old fashioned but really nice Tea Room. The service was really quick. We orderd a Cream Tea and got it within less than 10min. It was the best Cream Tea I ever had! The Scones were still hot when they arrived. Everything was so tasty! If you ever visiting Dartmouth you should definitely pop in.

Absolutely gorgeous little tea shop.
Went for the Afternoon high tea, choice of two sandwiches and two cakes. Plus a choice of fruit or plain scone.
It was just the best, and lovely service with a smile. ☺️
Go whilst hungry, it beat us. 😆🤷🏻♀️

What a beautiful little place to have a cream tea. The gentlemen who owns the place is so welcoming and friendly as was the lass who served us. The cream tea for one was reasonably priced, generous and so well presented. Definitely a place to visit whilst visiting Dartmouth. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely warm welcome.
Had visited some years before & were very impressed. Has changed hands in the last year but standard just as good if not better!
Ordered sandwiches which were beautifully presented, fresh bread & tasty coleslaw side salad. No cheap crisps here!

Amazing afternoon tea/high tea great home made sandwiches, scones and cakes. Food was fresh. Service was impeccable. Only thing I would fault is, I've never had an afternoon tea where you cant have a refill even if they offered one refill drink especially for the price of the high tea £39.95. A lot of food and hardly enough tea or coffee.

Quite the best Cream Tea I have ever had with more than enough jam & clotted cream & real leaf tea to wash it down. Worth the walk in finding it tucked up a little side road. Friendly & Welcoming service too and quintessentially British during Jubilee weekend! Well done Singing Kettle. Hope to see you again on our next visit!
