The scones here are phenomenal. The clotted cream is perfect and the service is lovely, friendly and personal. Kids had a lovely time too, (they have a kids menu which includes sandwiches!) This is a lovely quaint tea shop right next to the stream in Dawlish. We had a lovely high tea with more than we could eat so a doggy bag was supplied. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff and definitely worth a visit.
Pleasant place to stop off for refreshments , some cakes or traditional cream tea with scone, cream & jam. Also s selection of cold drinks if it's warm or the kids that refuse to entertain hot drinks nowadays. Good location and pleasant staff.
Enjoyed lovely gluten free savoury tea, & 'normal' cream tea. Hard to find gluten free scones but these were fab. Be back on our next bike ride to Dawlish!
