One of the best equipped gyms in the South West. More resistance machines of all descriptions than you will ever use and lots of CV machines as well.
Great cafe on site offering coffees, light bites, healthy options, breakfast, and lunch. The food is excellent and we often have breakfast there.

You are only allowed in on a weekly membership when staff are there, but that wasn’t a problem for me

Wow what can I say about pride fitness. Visited whilst on holiday at golden sands, made the phone call later in the day which could not train as needed day pass & they leave around 5/6? first thing in morning I got my day pass for £7 even managed to get TNT pre workout 😀 Got shown around by very fri
