One of the best equipped gyms in the South West. More resistance machines of all descriptions than you will ever use and lots of CV machines as well.
Great cafe on site offering coffees, light bites, healthy options, breakfast, and lunch. The food is excellent and we often have breakfast there.
I used this gym for 1 week while I was away on holiday & only paid for 1 weeks membership
You are only allowed in on a weekly membership when staff are there, but that wasn’t a problem for me
The gym has good equipment, lots of different weights and varieties

The staff are lovely and there’s even a cafe for before or after a workout, including milkshakes, coffee and fridges items and snacks, like protein bars

Bought a day pass and was treated like a member on arrival. Such nive people. Great gym and busy cafe. if I lived here, I would absolutely join full time

The staff and regular members are all friendly and if your ever stuck someone is always willing to help out
I find most gyms can feel uncomfortable but not here, I find it a very comfortable environment to train in, there is also a cafe which means post workout grub and the food is amazing, all freshly prepared.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, even if just stopping by for the cafe
Wow what can I say about pride fitness. Visited whilst on holiday at golden sands, made the phone call later in the day which could not train as needed day pass & they leave around 5/6? first thing in morning I got my day pass for £7 even managed to get TNT pre workout 😀 Got shown around by very friendly staff made me fell very welcome gym has around around 5/7 rooms so your guaranteed workout 🏋️♀️ even outside fertility which is bonus even stretch room. Cannot wait for another holiday so will definitely be visiting your amazing gym again very soon for another strong push 💪🏿

Just had a pretty amazing Sunday lunch in cafe, nice big plateful, good value, friendly will be back. Its just past sainsbury's recommended, still great food
Superb gym facilities. Extremely pleasant staff , made both my son and myself extremely welcome on our week visit during our holiday in Devon , so chuffed we could keep up our fitness regime on holiday. Already booked our holiday for next year so we will see you next year for another week’s membership. Thank you all so much.
