Had an afternoon tea for 2. It was lovely and the staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend. Make sure you turn up hungry, the biggest portion of afternoon tea I've ever been served. Left happy with my doggy bag.
Beautiful. Came in whilst on holiday in Suffolk. My husband had the sausage roll and I have the Tuna jacket potato. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and the food 1st class. Highly recommend.
The tea rooms are located in the Dedham arts and crafts centre and offer very scrumptious teas and scones with fresh cream and jam amidst a sea of quirky and quaint Knick knacks and paintings. Dedham is a beautiful village and you can walk about 1.5 miles along the river to flat ford mill and willy
Great little tea room with both indoor and outdoor seating. Also have vegan cakes.
We had the vegetarian afternoon tea and it was all very nice indeed. Plenty of food and all very tasty
Very tasty cakes and good service.
Absolutely splendid food and service. Just wonderful. The quiche was really good but the cakes are out of this world!! Will definitely come back.
The place also has wide selection of bits and bobs, ranging from Christmas decorations to arm chairs.
I stumbled across the Tea room on a cycle ride through Dedham a few months back. The only other option on a Sunday that time was a coffee from a machine in Tesco's (no thanks). The staff are always very welcoming to me whenever I show up, and most importantly the coffee is great! Covid measures are
Lovely, quaint, friendly and clean tearoom situated in an old chapel. Excellent service with delicious cakes and treats on offer.
It's such a lovely quaint little Tea Room the apple pie and custard was to die for it was gorgeous. The service was impeccable and very attentive. Its a must, if you're passing through please pop in and view all the goods and stop for tea and cake.
The food was first class, the salad garnish was crisp and fresh.
The jacket potato was hot and cooked to perfection and the quiche melted in the mouth.
The fruit crumble flan with ice cream was equally impressive.
There was a nice little touch of giving you a pot of hot water together with the pot
Lovely food served with obvious care.
Thoroughly recommend the Ploughman's, superb ham.
Did not use tea room. However the Shop had a very good eclectic choice of goods. Difficult not to spend money here!!!
Visited a few times and always had pleasant service , friendly staff that are also good with kids. It's decent value for money. We will be back to visit again
