Proper Traditional English Fish and Chips! Monday to Friday 8.30 till 10.30 for breakfast or 11.30 till 1.30 and 4.30 till 6.30 for Chippy. Give it a try :-)
The best chippy in Tameside without a doubt. Quality cod ....best quality. Ok, it might be more expensive but it taste so good. Caught, filleted, frozen and packed on board the trawler within hours . Can't recommend this place enough. It's had my custom over decades and will continue to do so. Once you've been, you simply won't go anywhere else. A big thank you to all the staff.

First time visit, the place was really clean and that was shown by the quality of the food. My daughter said the scampi was the best she'd ever tasted
Excellent fish and chip shop. Great selection of chippy food. Fish cooked while you wait. Good portion sizes. Not expensive. Great staff and very clean. It might be in Denton, but it's more like a really good seaside chip shop. Superb... highly recommended!

Lovely food. Really good fish and chips. Lots of choices pies puddings etc, outside parking on the road. Lovely pleasant staff. Phone orders accepted. Shuts at 6...30 Mon to Fri. Not open weekends 😞, but probably the best chippy in tameside.

Happened to be parked outside this chip shop it was closed … but got chatting to the owner outside and what a lovely friendly man he was … definitely going to take my family for fish and chips … thanks for the free drink 😀👍🏽
Went to Renfrew's for the first time today wanted somewhere that did traditional fish and chips in Denton wasn't disappointed the food was delicious will definitely visit again

Absolutely the best chippy in tameside. The best fish and chips I've had in years 😋. I phoned in my order to pick up at six thirty. All wrapped and waiting for me. They even gave me some potato scallops. Served by 2 lovely and polite young ladies. I'll 100% be back for more. I highly recommend you try this chippy.
I literally found this place by chance as I was in the area on business. And what a find! Top notch traditional old-school chippy. Fish, chips and mushy peas was first-class. Good sized portions but more importantly top quality food cooked the old fashioned way. I live around 12 miles away but will definitely be returning. It really is that good!
Found this place few weeks ago. It amazing good service staff 10/10. It has to be the best chippy around . So impressed we go every week now .
Great food. Proper English chippy that do a range of things you find in the general other chippys you will find around. Food is great quality, just may possibly be the smallest chip portion I've ever had from a chippy and also wish they would put frshky cooked things with batter on (fish bites for example) in a tray instead of a bag as the hit batter sticks to the bag when you try and open it! That's the only reason for a 4 star, but highly recommend this place on food quality
