Braum's

Average as far as Braum's locations are concerned. Sometimes confusion and frustration at drive through because they don't listen to what you're ordering and want to add things to your order. Sometimes as today, vegetables on burger are warm and soggy while burger is not cooked through. If this happened often, I'd rate one or two stars, never to return. I hope management sees this picture and takes action. Edit 7/29/2021 This is my second time ordering food from this location since my last review. I must say it's going to be my very last and not surprised if I get the energy to actually call the health department about this. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a large chocolate shake and large crispy french fry. I was happily drinking my chocolate shake on the way home when I discovered a large chunk of something which should not have been there due to the fact it had no fruit or anything of that matter. I spit it out my truck window and chunked it when I got home. It seems 1/4 of my French fries were rotten in nature so I ended up throwing those out. Upon opening my chicken sandwich a fruit fly actually flew out. I can recommend only that you avoid this location all together.

I walked to this place during an ice storm while stuck at an adjacent hotel. I was so glad they were open and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful, the dining area was super clean and the food was excellent. I had a burger, a shake and some fries and enjoyed it all very much. They sell milk and ice cream grocery style as well. Highly recommended!

I've been here a few times during my visits to the area. They have a wide selection of ice creams and burgers here. I've only been here to try out the ice cream on a hot day. It's always been busy and full of families giving the kids a treat. It's a little shabby but considering the kids traffic it does very well to keep the place moderately presentable.

Only cause I can't go lower. Repetitively messes up ordered. Sends kids meals with empty boxes. Employees argue when you have literally never ordered anything "diet" in your life span. Lost complete faith in "fast" food. But I guess it's what is to be expected when you hire quality demanding $15+/hour and below zero work ethic.

First off this location could teach the other one off of Teasley and 35 a few things. The customer service is great, very friendly, speedy and the order was CORRECT the first time! I ordered the four cheese burger add mustard. It was hot and fresh..with added mustard. Will definitely be back to this location.

I was deeply disappointed with this particular location. My first time visiting this location and likely my last! The French fries were both salted and peppered....not Braum's recipe so I do not know what to make of that. The chocolate shake I ordered was extra thick and extra chocolatey....what I received was gross, neither thick, nor chocolatey. It was oddly syrupy and overly sweet, but NOT chocolatey. It also had ice crystals on it which tells me they aren't storing or handling their hand-dip containers of ice cream!
