Fuddruckers

Dining room was filthy at 11:20am literally EVERY table was dirty and the place had only been open for 20 minutes. It looked like nobody had bothered to clean up the restaurant from the previous day as there were only a handful of customers, not nearly enough to make the place dirty. We ended up having to clean crumbs off of a table ourselves in order to have lunch. Floors and condiment bar were also dirty as was much of the silverware. If the dining room is that dirty I hate to imagine what the kitchen looks like. My wife used the bathroom and said it was disgusting, only 1 of the 3 stalls was fit for use (barely). We won't be back and thats a shame because we have always liked fuddruckers.

As a frequent costumer, i can say the food is delicious but costumer service could definitely improve. Today’s experience: 3/27/19 @6:00PM The girl handing out your food when it’s ready is friendly, helpful, and very kind. The cooks are clean and make sure you’re happy with your order. However, the cashier is extremely rude; this is NOT the first time I have an issue when ordering with this lady. I understand that she does not enjoy her job (as she expresses every time I ask how her day is going) but when someone decides spend money to eat out instead of cooking..... we expect to have a pleasant time and not be around so much negativity.

We had the pleasure of our first visit here yesterday for brunch :) My husband had the Pineapple burger with onion rings & I had the Friday special which was a Buffalo Burger combo....with fries. OH MY GOODNESS WE LOVED IT! All of the condiments you could ever want are there so no way your burger comes out wrong!! AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY FRIENDLY!! What. Great lunch experience and it will keep us coming back again & again! You guys are doing it right!!!
