Starbucks

This is definitely my go to location because it's really close to my apt. The drive thru is usually super busy but it moved steadily but today I went inside because I had to go to the restroom. As soon as I walked in one of the nice lady's welcomed me and when the man in front of me was done ordering another really nice guy took my order and he had a very professional attitude, overall really good attitude from all the employees actually. The guy that took my order asked me how to spell my name & idk why but I like that. I ordered 2 venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and they were done so fast I was actually really surprised bc it was kind busy. The restroom was really clean and smelled good, not every place I go to has soap in the restroom but they did. Would absolutely recommend this location!

Staff was superb! Super friendly! I had a larger order ($30) & it was right during a rush. 😬 i expected it to take a little bit of time, due to the amount of people. But they had my order out to me as soon as I pulled up to the window. The line was long but I got through MUCH quicker than I thought i would! 👌🏼👌🏼

If you're trying to get anything off the menu from this Starbucks then it would be best to prepare for the wait and to be told that each and almost all of your personal selections aren't in stock or unavailable. If not the wait being 5-10 minutes then it's being told after asking for one specific thing and then being told that it's not available. At times it seems like after every other thing you request they're out of stock. Not going straight for assumptions about the workers not doing their job and/or lazy but it's almost repetitive.

The staff is nice but THEY TAKE FOREVER. I don't know if they are short staffed or if they really just function slow but this has been a problem for at least a month now and it's getting ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere as I kid you not, I literally have to give this place 20 minutes of my life at the drive thru alone. Get it together.

Nice location, no drive-through, staff was super charming though and almost no wait to get your drink ready. Not a large location in terms of the size but still good enough space inside. Not one of the most crowded locations, but still had plenty enough customers for the size and location of the shop.
