Went on 6/9/22 and I sat near the bar…I must say Amber was so awesome and very attentive. She was always smiling and friendly:) My food was made how I like it! This self care day was the bomb.com

Food was good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was appealing. Liked that staff cleaned with rolled paper rather than a towel that's cleaned how many tables. Staff picked up dirty plates/cups timely. Fabulous street corn!!

The food is good but not the cleanest. The top rail above our table didn't look like it had been cleaned in days or possibly weeks (pictured). The bathroom was really bad. Not sure the urinal had been wiped down in some time and I think the side of the trash can in the stall had...well let's just say brown spots. I didnt look closely. Could have been rust but still not appealing to look at.

Overall it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Rachel was extremely attentive without being overbearing and got my very complicated order completely correct. Also, we had an opportunity to visit with the manager who was a very pleasant woman with short blonde hair. She was active in the dining room, and was helping the servers as well as taking time to visit with guests. The atmosphere was a Chili's, but the people were outstanding. Great job, y'all!

We came here just before Christmas and had such a great time. Love this location and the staff! Loved Rita the robot! Seriously, you have to go and see her. It's hilarious. She even talks! The food was amazing and came out quickly. Always a great experience here.

It's Chili's, what do you expect right? Cool beer, not cold. Kinda felt and tasted like they poured it into a glass right out of the heat cycle of dishwasher. Ordered appetizer, got it after our meal came out. Waiter said he would take it off ticket....didn't happen.
Ordered 10 oz steak well done, 6oz came out medium well. Wife's steak came out undercooked also. Just not a good experience at all.
Better get your $&!t together Chili's, lot's of other restaurants out there i can go to.

Great staff on point with customer service. Nick was awesome and friendly. Nick was, polite,friendly, and a great server. Thank you Nick and food runners for making our visit enjoyable during a busy time of the day. Also the bartender was great too. ☆☆☆☆☆++
