I arrived with my one year old and instantly one of the staff sat me down, got my drink for me, gave me sanitizing wipes, and came to my table frequently to see if I needed anything. She was amazing.
My food was good, they just forgot the chicken gravy but nothing serious. The tables also could have also been a tad cleaner since I saw lettuce and ketchup on it.
But overall, great experience!

The grill chicken gave them 2 stars but check out my large fries they gave me. That's was the final straw with fast food I'm just gonna shop for the food I want. I'm sick to death of slow food I mean fast food inaccurate or self quality food

The cashier Sue was really sweet and nailed my rather crazy order. She's a real testament to this place. The food was great too!

First time here to this location. We always go inside to order our food to go. I was happy to see a smile greeting me behind the counter. The dinning area was clean, pleasant music playing overhead. Our order was large and we got it an acceptable amount of time. Everything was great, we will return. Thank you!!

This team is on the ball. Place was slammed, so we came in to pickup our online order. We are a family of five, and getting enough for everyone takes a lot. A nice young lady had the meals out in 10 minutes. Everything was clean, fresh and accurate. I love my hometown Whataburger.

Busy store at lunch. Training staff so new counter help. She had plenty of support supervision so a bit of a wait to order, but 5 minute to custom cook. No complaints. Hot fresh. Made to order. I'll stop in again.

There were 2 of us ordered separately. I got my food but my lunch partner didn't get her food while at least 10 or more others had gotten their orders. Probably 30 minutes I went up to try to get her order (she walks not very well with a cane). They were more concerned that I stepped across the line to kitchen than the delay of her food. Do NOT recommend eating in.

This evening my girlfriend and I were served by April A at Whataburger on the loop in Denton and I must say this was hands down the most phenomenal experience I’ve had at any Whataburger in Texas! This woman was so personable kind and funny and worked hard throughout our visit to keep everything in the restaurant spotless—everything was extremely clean from the tabletops to the bathrooms. This review may have five stars but April deserves more, thank you for your service :)
