I've been eating at this location for years and the food is always terrific. The only thing more impressive than the food is their top-tier staff and unbeatable service. When it comes to fast food, I believe most people have grown accustomed to being served by the unenthusiastic, humdrum husk of a person regurgitating the same "welcome to <insert restaurant name>, what can I get for you?" Jimmy John's on 288 is the exception to that norm! I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben, who was bursting with charisma, personality, and useful information. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone genuinely pleasant and fun in an industry that is known for the opposite. Excellent work, Ben!

Oh Jimmy John's ! What can I say! You make the best freaky fresh sandwiches (apologies to my sister! :]) its uncanny that everytime I order the Turkey Tom its consistently perfect, a constant balance in all the ingredients!

Never going back to this store it is very awful and racially biased. I went to buy a sandwich and after ordering i paid in cash and i was to get my change. One of the kid there which is a girl said the cashier should return my money. Calling my money counterfeit when it is not. I sensed as i walked in there i was not welcome. I hope the Store manager does something about this.

I would literally be faster for me to leave work, go to the grocery store, buy everything needed for a sandwich, come back to work, and make the sandwich. Consistently takes 30-45 minutes to receive a delivery and my office is 0.4 miles from the store.
