Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been ordering food here almost every week. Today I order 2 bowls for me and my sister . Open my food and started eating the And was looking for sour cream and none was put on my plate as requested .chicken was burnt to where it was so bitter on both plates and we could not even eat our food. Tried calling the store but no one answered . I do understand it was a busy time . But I tried again later and no one picked up. Not a. Good experience for me at all .

I've only been to this location a few times. But every time I go, the environment is tense and hostile. I would try to go when it wasn't busy. But the employees were always pushy and are often mean whenever I asked for something small like if they had a batch of rice without cilantro. I get that working at a Chipotle on a college campus isn't the best job and, as someone who also works in food service, you're gonna have your good and bad days. But taking your frustrations out on genuine customers who are just trying to get their food and go is not okay.

I've been here a couple of times and I am NOT impressed. Each time the food way toooooo salty. I tell you this and I love salt. So if it's way toooo salty for me, it's too dang salty! The Chipotle on University skimps on their food so I don't know where to go for Chipotle but Chiloso's off Loop 288 is wayyyyy better!

Everything was good until the end when the new employee asked for help, my burrito was clearly not rolled properly and the employee helping the new one said “it doesn’t have to be perfect” which it doesn’t, but it’s also unacceptable to put a unrolled burrito in a bag and act like it isn’t going to unwrap all the way…which it did.

This chipotle has really gone down hill. Never been to another chipotle where they have ran out of everything at 5pm and when i say everything i mean literally everything. They had literally a line out the door and not a single item prepped. The manager tonight wednesday 2-16-2022 was trying so hard to get things done and told her employees several times to go work on the online orders and the literally ignored her. If i were the owner of this establishment i would immediately look at the video of tonight and see how disrespectful the employees are to their manager

I ordered a kids taco meal and they gave me an adult meal, when explaining they made an error instead of just correcting the charge, they threw all the food away to only to make the same order as a kids meal. This is all on top of the fact they continually charge you insane charges for basic toppings.
