The employees are not very sanitary. Dirty hands, dirty shirts, no hairnets, one guy had a TON of dandruff and you can see it on his shirt, I didn’t notice until I was already paying, so I wasted my money bc we will not be eating this. Didn’t want to embarrass him and say it infront of all the customers. It’s just disgusting particles of all that was probably in this sandwiches,Customer service was okay, just not good sanitation.

I ate here yesterday. This Subway has gone so far downhill that my sandwich smelled more like garbage than food. I'd ask for my money back but I don't want to trouble the hapless staff

My biggest complaint is how skimpy the meat portions are but for $4 more you can add dbl meat on a footlong. The food here is clean, kept well and employees are clean. Not much on conversation but the food is decent.

I went today around 12:00 pm getting what I normally get because of my surgery the heavy set white guy with ponytail decided today to have a attitude told me I couldn’t have what I wanted because I didn’t want it with lettuce I told him I have no problem paying full price he continued to argue mindful I eat here every day since surgery but I won’t be going back avoid this place.I was a GM for 5 plus years before becoming a CEO I would definitely fire him no way he should cause a company to loose customers

It was decent, but they didn’t have any cold cut meat. I got a ham sandwich that was fine, but it was still frustrating. The service was ok, but the restaurant itself is in a bizarre location with what might as well be see-through walls of glass. Kind of an odd design choice? Why don’t you guys get some blinds, especially considering it’s the Summer?
If you’re gonna eat here, might as well take it to go. And make sure you have a backup meat planned in case they’re out of what you wanted originally.

I placed an online order and Emily called me to ask if I wanted freshly baked cookies instead of cookies from the case, which may have been sitting there all day. I was floored that someone would even be willing to do that. I've never had that experience from a fast food establishment. She is truly a gem. Thank you so much!
