Whoever is on the grave shift tonight needs a raise especially the manager and drive through cashier, I am not proud to admit it but I lost my temper and they stayed professional through out to the point I came backto.order more. Great fast professional service... Food? Well as far as fast tacos at 3:45 am they're the best 100% recommend to fellow college kids (great change from Jack in the box)

I always come here. They’re always so nice. Except this time. I was ordering and they kept interrupting me while ordering. I ordered 3 drinks only got 2. So at the window i didn’t even mention they forgot one just tried to add another one, she tried telling me they couldn’t add anything at the window.. It’s just a drink that takes 2 seconds to make..

We all ordered Taco Bell tonight. Asked for no lettuce due to an allergy. And when we got back everything had lettuce. It was too late for us to want to drive back so food was thrown out amf or picked around. Super disappointed. I understand being under staffed is an issue but just take your time and apologize for the wait, but get the order right! You never know why someone is requesting to have something removed or substituted, so make a note, get it right and take your time. Im okay with waiting. You're busy and i get that. Just please be careful when prepping food.

Ordered a party pack taco and tacos where old broken and soggy. The manager and employees stated my five minutes home was the reason why. The cashier didn't give me my receipt and when they found it the manager refuse to remake food after stating I was irate. LMAO of course I was after u stated I was lying and manager wouldn't look at food. I'm still ticked trust I will be calling corporate and I will be getting my money back

if I could give negative stars I would! the service here is atrocious, from the general manager on down! I placed & paid for a mobile order on the taco bell app, & it told me I had to pick up my order in the drive thru, it wouldn't let me select the "in-store pickup" option. so I waited for quite a while behind several cars in the drive thru, only to be told by an employee that I had to park & come inside to pick up my food, by order of this location's general manager. I'm so glad I burned gas & wasted time because a manager wants to go on a little power trip!

i went about a week or so ago and was having just a weird night. i could tell everyone in line was annoyed that they had to wait lol, crazy that you had to wait for food you just ordered (heavy sarcasm), but the guy who took my order made sure to keep being energetic and super nice. by the time i made it to the window we exchanged some small talk, they apologized for it taking a little bit, i assumed they were understaffed just like everywhere else rn, so i said no worries, i’ve been in their shoes before. food came out shortly after and i had given them some cookies from my job to keep their spirits up to get thru the rest of the night. i’d go back here every night for the customer service. people who work in fast food don’t always get the respect of a “normal job”, but they’re literally doing the job you refuse to do, so give them some credit. always be kind to those in the service industry, they’re just trying to make it like you and i.

I went to the drive thru at 10:30pm and they said they were only doing door dash for the rest of the night. Taco Bell is already overpriced charging over 4 bucks for a hard shell taco with a tortilla on the outside of it but I'm not going to pay for up charged prices, extra fees, and tip a driver through door dash when I'm capable of driving to taco bell myself.
