El Fenix Mexican Restaurant

So my first visit a few weeks ago I wasnt impressed with the food but I guess I ordered the wrong thing ( cheese enchiladas covered in queso with refried beans). Today I gave it another try and it was good. I ordered the beef enchilada with chili con carne sauce and chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce with charro beans. There was a bit of spice and the beans were great. Once again the chips were excellent. The hot sauce isn't spicy but you can't get that everywhere. The service is amazing and that is really important. I recommend you give El Fenix a try if you are in the area. Original review: Great service, delicious chips. Salsa not spicy at all. Enchiladas and refried beans were flavorless. I don't recommend eating here if you like any spice or flavor. I was really disappointed.

Ms. Rebecca our waitress was amazing! We had an family member join from out of town & she quickly assembled two tables so we could change tables! Then every so often she asked how we were doing, offered refills, chips were always at the table fresh! Shout out to the bartender as well! Long Island tea & Margaritas were amazing!!! Never had a bad experience here & will definitely continue to go!
