Popeyes is not the same, well at least this one. We waited 32 minutes in line. We could have left, but the person who wanted Popeyes is an expecting mother -and was craving Popeyes 🙂 so we saw it through.
In the process , we saw 8 cars pull away.
The speaker is broken, see hand made sign in pic, they closed the dining area bc there were only 3 people working; the cashier who was working the window left after being berated by a pickup order. Once we got to the window the employee (long ponytail), was super nice and was taking orders at the window, collecting pay and helping in the back.
To the owner, you really need to invest in the store or sell it; the conditions of this store drive through not working is unacceptable.
Yes, this Popeyes is hiring - like many service industry, you have to do more than offer a QR code for quick application.
If you visit, be prepared to wait 45 minutes.

Very good experience. It is very easy to order via the drive-through. My order was completed quickly and accurately. The food was excellent. I had been a long-time customer of the competition with the buckets. But their service has slipped, and the food just isn't the same any longer. I will drive the 40-mile round trip for Popeyes chicken from now on. Thank you for your great service and delicious food.

LOVE the employees at this location! they are so sweet! specifically, Paris made our trip delightful with his big smile and sense of humor. they have never messed up my order and it is always delicious. highly recommend the blackened tenders and spicy chicken sandwich!

Ordered on the app, which said pickup at counter, then arrived to find doors locked. Got in line for drive through, and found a paper sign taped on the menu. Called the phone number and got a busy signal. Get it together people!

Ordered online ( not mobile) scheduled to pick up order at the counter at 9:12pm arrived at scheduled time and was told I had to go through the drive thru because no one was working the counter. The whole purpose of selecting pickup at counter was to avoid the long line. It’s been 30 min I’m blocked in can’t leave if I wanted. The line is long and not moving this is ridiculous. I've been in this line since 9:12pm and I am still in line...it's 9:41pm blocked in can't move forward or backwards because I would just leave.
Update made it to the speaker I let the person know the situation. He sarcastically said well your here now so I can take your order, I repeated myself "I ordered online, etc." I had been waiting in line for 40 min when I should have been able to pick up my order inside like I requested and scheduled. He said well we prepare the meal when you get here not when you order, I gave him my order number he arrogantly stating that well you can come inside now. My son went inside a second time the order was still not ready. My son stayed in there for 7 minutes because one of the apple pies was not ready. Mind you the entire order was suppose to be ready at 9:12pm. I finally got my cold order at 10:02 pm and yes the biscuit was hard and stale, the chicken was not fresh. Total waste of time and very very disappointed at the overall experience but the customer service at the speaker was absolutely unacceptable. Will NEVER visit this place ever again.

Oh my god don’t go here if you don’t have at LEAST an hour to spend in line and another 45 minutes waiting on your ‘fast food’. The manager of this place clearly doesn’t have it under control. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I go it’s at least an hour wait. Even if the line isn’t that long. Also doesn’t help that THE LOBBY ISN’T OPEN AS OF 10/27/2021. DoorDash drivers: you’re not special avoid this place if you don’t wanna waste 1.5 hours on a $6.00 order. Thanks for reading & have a blessed day.

The slowest “fast food” I have ever experienced. About 9 cars in the drive thru line, 15 minutes went by before the 1st even moved up one spot. I was in line for over 30 minutes. Are there only 2 associates working the store? I’m not sure why it was taking about 15 minutes per order, is each meal being made from scratch?

Did mobile order and went to pickup. Doors are locked and closed at 6:50 PM. Only drive thru available. Now stuck in long line waiting. Why have a online order APP. This is bad management. Need to have corporate do a random visit on a Saturday night. Revoke the franchise license. That’s a one star. Because, no negative one star is available to select.
