Cicis Pizza

Visited here last week. We came about 45 mins after they had opened. Buffett was a little on the lean side, but we guess they were doing so on purpose to keep the food warm and fresh. Someone went up to the counter to request a specialty pizza, and someone I assumed to be the manager says loudly from the back "I can't hear you over this noise" to the customer. Not very friendly or professional... Pizza was on par for a CiCi's.

Apparently we came at the wrong time. I wanted to order a custom request pizza because the pizza bar was low on options and was turned away by an employee. But the table adjacent to me was able to request a custom pizza. The Buffet was turning out dry pizza’s left and right. Overall it was a terrible dining experience. I mean, I don’t expect much from cici’s. We just wanted to go to Cici's for old time sake. I spent like 17 dollars and got like 10 dollars worth of food. Really disappointing!

Taking my 5 star and replacing with 1 star. Absolutely horrible in every direction. I get it low budget buffet. But you can't go wrong in everything. First no one at register. 5min wait. Then I got my first plate and waited 16 minutes for a clean table. Over 20 tables were empty and dirty. Then the sound of crashing stacks of plates 2x hitting the floor in a rush to clean tables was pure anxiety! The pizza was ALL soggy raw dough! Line was filthy! I couldn't imagine what's going on in the back if this is what's in sight. I would eat there again if I was paid to.

A larger CiCis than other locations than I've been to and cleaner than most. The food has improved tremendously since I've been there last. First time I've been to this particular location and was 110% satisfied....except for the manager that hassled me about taking pictures of the food on the buffet line. Kept telling me it was against corporate policy but couldn't show me any documention and wouldn't even try to pull it up online when I asked. That's why I give this place a four star rating. Other than that mess this place was great. They allowed me to take home the few slices of the pizza that I had special ordered thatI couldn't finish. I recommend this place if you're hungry and want to eat a lot of pizza! They have a stuffed crust also that's pretty tasty. Recommend this place!
