We shared wings and fries for lunch. A quaint Wingstop, but very good. Wings were cooked well and tasted good. We really like their fries. A good Wingstop to visit if in Denton.

Came in last week to order some wings. They made them pretty fast. The only reason I rate them such a low rating is because there was hair in my food. I’m pretty sure the owner of this place won’t reply like the other wingstops. Don’t get me wrong Wingstop is good but just order from a different location.

We had a decent experience. Their chicken was not bad. The napkins were not available for people to take. We had to ask for napkins, which was inconvenience. There would be loud siren that would periodically jump scaring us. The bathroom was horrendous. Maybe they were busy with online orders, but someone should periodically check on the status of the bathroom. It could ruin a dine-in experience. If a restuarent allowed the state of the bathroom to slipped, it could mean the same for the food as well. It's bad optics.

Sandy Middleton went above and beyond helping me get my refund. The beginning of the month I placed a on line order and was charged twice. A employee called me to verify if I meant to do that , I told her no she said not to worry I would get one charge refunded. I waited for a week and didn't get the refund so I called and was told manager would call me back I didn't hear anything. 2 week's go by I call back had to give the full story to another worker and was told he Will look for the double charge and refund me. It never happened. Now a month later I called and Sandy answered the phone she was extremely helpful I know she was also supper because I called on Saturday. She asked me for date's and name of the order said she would do some research and literally maybe 45 minutes later she called me back letting me know she sees where I was double charged and she requested the refund. She actually did what she said she was going to do, Thank you Sandy!!

I would avoid this location. I ordered a big meal over $50 worth of food and they gave it away to a scammer. They told every driver after that I had come in to pick it up. Finally one of the drivers called me to verify which is how I learned. He informed me that a manager ordered them to not answer the phone when support called. This is a very shady location I would avoid.

After 2 door dash orders missing food and the manager blaming door dash for taking fries out of my bag I have simply had enough and needed to post this. I simply suggested that if door dash has been taking food out of the delivery bags (which is what the manager said has been happening) than maybe a simple stapler would solve the problem. It is my belief that this WingStop is just not capable of getting their orders correct and place blame someplace else instead of themselves. More training from cooperate for the mangers might be another solution. As you can see by the picture the wings were also very small and dried out!! I just can not recommend this location.

This wingstop is an embarrassment. I placed an order over the phone and when I get there to pick it up, it's not in the system! This happened to me three times at this particular wingstop. Everyone looks lost, no leadership at this location. Very unprofessional!
