Smoothie King

I think smoothie king has gone down hill over the years cost me 8 bucks for a medium plus tax. A guy cut in front of me when I walked in and said he had ordered on the app but then ended up telling the staff member what he wanted. I just bought my own blender and will make my own smoothies at home from now on!

I was just in the Denton Brinker road location, and the whole reason they are getting two stars is because the smoothie is good. I always bring in my,own cup if i drink out because I know that plastic inevitably ends up in a landfill and I feel like I should be doing my part to eliminate some of this waste. I asked the woman who took my order if it would be an issue and she said no, the person making my drink said it was fine, and I was excited to get my smoothie when another worker, rudely, informed one of the employees that that was against some company policy and I would all of,the sudden not be allowed to use my own cup. I had already paid for a smaller version at a higher price so it would fit in my reusable cup and the rude-employee informed me i could "just pour it into my cup from theirs" which completely eliminates the point. If i was told I wouldnt be allowed to use my cup from the beginning maybe this review would be different. If Smoothie King actually wants me to "Care about the environment" maybe they should make their policies known from the beginning instead of misleading customers.

Went in for 5 dollar Friday's and walked out with a smoothie I couldn't even drink with large ice chunks. Went back in and Lance was extremely helpful and nice and he remade my drink and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was extremely professional. I will ask for Lance to assist everytime I go in

The smoothies are excellent here and if you are a VIP you save a little money as well! They have great choices to pick from and make the smoothies fairly fast for how huge they are. The only reason I don't give this place a five is because the customer service needs some work. Every time I've walked in they never smile and look miserable being there. They rarely welcome you in and are very monotone when speaking.

This was my first time at this location and the service was horrible. I stood at the front counter for 5mins before anyone acknowledged me. I made eye contact several times with both girls waiting to see if either one of them would greet me or even tell me they'll be with me in one moment. The environment wasn't inviting at all and I will not be returning to this location.

I love this smoothie king location. It's the only location that I know does the $5 medium smoothie's on Friday and typically always honors the coupons in the mail. They make great suggestions when I'm in the mood for something new and dont disappoint with the taste. The staff is always prompt and friendly. its my go to.
