Guy behind the counter swore up and down that the cheese Chipotle uses is parmesan. I don't know enough about cheese to dispute him, but I don't think he's right.

this location is pretty nice. located in a pretty central downtown location. right off 16th street mall. i love the outdoor seating at this place. i’ve sat here and grabbed a bite to people watch outside. nice staff but a little apathetic. think my cashier was a little sarcastic to me. enjoyed my visit regardless and the food never misses. i love chipotle

Really nice staff, always. Restaurant, you really need to do better with the brown rice. It's dry and not cooked through. Everyone knows that at this altitude you need to use more water and let it absorb longer. Please fix this. I keep making the same mistake and ordering it when I think I want to try the Chipotle a block away from my office, and keep regretting my lunch. It makes me less likely to spend money here.

This is my favorite chipotle they always give great portions and everything is fast and fresh I have never had one bad experience at this place. They are efficient even during a lunch rush I highly recommend stopping by this Chipotle if you’re in the downtown area you won’t be disappointed.

Hello, I am a frequent customer of this restaurant and I have always found it excellent, but tonight I had a very bad experience. I received my order as usual, other people arrived the same way, they placed their order and finished their meal, they asked for the bathroom to the person who ordered it, and they answered that they are closed. the years they were a little confused to hear that the bathrooms are closed I still finished my meal and wanted to use the bathroom to which the same people answered me you can't use it because we are cleaning them I ask can I wait no because we won't be long cleaning but really no one was cleaning them the conclusion if you are a customer who is consuming you have the right to the bathroom oh no???
