Food, epic!!!!!! Absolutely amazing! The place was a furnace and it was hot! Service was eh. The guy who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing him by being there. But the food more than made up for it!

Very nice pho and good portion. I ordered the seafood pho and it hit the spot. Only downside is I guess fishballs are cheap because there were tons of them and two pieces of imitation crab and two pieces of shrimp…

My waiter was so great honestly, probably the best waiter I’ve had in a long time. I got the chicken pho. It was so rich and delicious and filled with flavor!

Terrific pho, fast and friendly service! The one downside is that they had to run portable a/c units but that wasn’t really a detriment to the excellence of the food!

I'm a pho addict, so, of course I wanted to check out a place in Denver. However, when I got there, I decided to do some more traditional Vietnamese grilled meat, spring roll, and rice. Delicious!

The name alone drew us to this restaurant, lol. As visitors to the area we were looking for locally owned restaurants that we couldn’t find back home. We landed on What the Pho for lunch. We ordered the beef pho and the seafood pho. Both were really good and reheated well, also.
Something was up with their A/C because the door was open and they had several fans running. It was incredibly humid inside. Our waitress was super kind but a little scattered.
Overall it was a good experience and I’d go back.

Amazing vegan noodle bowl!! Egg rolls are vegan, just let staff know to leave out fish sauce for your meal. Will def be returning! Staff are welcoming and super helpful.

The service was friendly, fast, and accommodating, but the best part was the delicious food! The well developed broth filled with quality meats and perfectly cooked noodles, topped with loads of fresh condiments-so delicious and satisfying!
