Always did takeout and it has been a good time experience. It’s by a school so lunchtime always has many of them crammed in there so be warned on your timing. Quality is always consistent so that’s a plus!

Last time I visited this Jimmy John's my experience was less than satisfactory and that was about a year ago I thought I'd give him another chance so I called today for lunch. David answered the phone and was very professional yet still cool. When the sandwich survived or should I say sandwiches they were absolutely delicious and by far exceeded my expectation I tip my hat to you guys for turning it around or maybe the last time was just a bad day but my experience was very enjoyable today and I want to thank you

The guy that took my order was very friendly explained what subs with such patience. Excellent customer service and I didn't wait long. The sub was fresh and tasted great 👍🏽

Great location with very friendly staff. I ordered online, but the order never went through. For some reason I did receive a charge for the sandwich, and when I went in to ask they confirmed that the order had not gone through and that the charge would not be placed in the end. The staff did say if I have any issues I am welcome to come back and they would take care of me. Thank you for the customer service and for a great tasting sub!

Came at 1:00 today (Tuesday). The guys working there were so polite and professional. If I owned this location, I’d want this crew working for me. Sandwiches were great too!

Guy on the phone was coherent, alert, and got my order correct! I was all but giving up on JJ as a whole, as this has not been my experience at any others. They got the correct order to me in under 10 minutes and delivery driver was just as lovely as the guy who took my order. Go figure, that a Colfax location beats the hell out of any other JJ I have been to

Yesterday was $1 subs for customer appreciation day, I barely made it before they stopped and they was out of bread. To make it up to the people waiting in line, we wrote down our names for a free sub today or tomorrow. I think that was awesome and really enjoyed my subs song with cos and cookie I bought. Thanks for the free sub!!

They are very fast and pretty accurate... I've had a few orders that were wrong... but usually when it was closing time... I gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement...
