Billy Sims Barbecue

Hubby and I stopped in tonight for the first time. The food was amazing. Very tasty and we will definitely be coming back. The customer service from the 2 guys working there was top notch! They took care of us and even checked to make sure we were good while eating. They were very upbeat and friendly. Thank you.

We reached out to Billy Sims to see if they could help cater a last-minute event at our house and were so impressed with not only their customer service (seriously, so good), but the food, too! The owner, Cody, was responsive and very accommodating as our needs shifted in the days before our party. Our guests were raving about the bbq! The macaroni and cheese and baked potato salad are maybe the best sides I've ever had. We have had only great experiences with Billy Sims and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Billy Sims Barbecue! Upon entering all of the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions of their favorites and answering any questions we had as first timers. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat was mouth watering and tender. My husband had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was gone in a blink. Mac and cheese was great and also really liked the baked potato salad! For dessert we grabbed the chocolate mousse and the best part was it came in a mason jar to take any left over to go!! Thanks, we will be back!

I have been here upwards of ten times, and never once was the food bad! Everytime I walk away satisfied. The staff is very friendly and willing to do whatever to make your visit memorable. You can smell the pecan wood they use to smoke their meat. Yes. They ACTUALLY SMOKE their meats rather than use liquid smoke. You can instantly taste the difference. They have the best Pepsi in town. Its like they have beverage fairies in the back mixing the PERFECT ratio of syrup to carbonated water. *Update* I have now been here upwards of fifty times, and my review does not change one iota.

So, not only did I work here, but I frequented on my days off for a quick bite with my family. The food is amazing!! Truthfully, I had never had dry rub bbq before I found this place (I was picking up an order for door dash) and oh man, my taste buds threw a party. The employees are wonderful and such a joy to work with! This business is by far one of the best jobs I've ever had and I hope people continue to show them love. If you want good people making good food, Billy Sims BBQ is the place to go!!

Amazing BBQ place! I have eaten here several times now, and each has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always very courteous, especially the owner (Sharla). The food is great (Kansas City BBQ btw.) so its more of a dry rub place. Come check this place out of you're in the neighborhood and hungry!
