Not a big fan of Einsteins but Belle and her crew definitely make the food seem better somehow. I dunno... why aren't the dining areas open? That's so dumb. But the staff here are amazing! Also, why don't they have salt on the everything bagels. Learn how to make an everything bagel... oh while I'm here, make egg bagels with everything seasoning too. Those are the best kind of bagel. I bet if Belle was running the show for this company there'd be egg everything bagels. Also, microwave eggs are nasty af. it takes 2 mins to fry or scramble an egg.

I refuse to go to any other Einstein Bagel. The Evans location is the best of the best. Belle has got an outstanding team at this location. I know I will be treated well and my order is going to be correct. Any other location will get my order wrong and I have to go back and explain. Every single employee at this Evans location is top notch. I highly recommend going here if you’ve ever had a bad experience at another location. They will make it right. Thank you guys.

I had placed a small catering order with the store and arrived for pickup. The order never made it to the store for some reason, but the amazing Krs10 and another staff member sprung into action and put the order together lickety-split! I was out the door in 10 minutes and able to deliver a fresh breakfast to my client on time. Krs10 is an angel!

Location has a decent amount of seating and typically manages to keep up with the morning blitz fairly well. As with any quick-service chain, there's the occasional miss when asking to substitute ingredients, but the team has always been responsive and quick to remedy the issue.

The employees and manager here are the absolute sweetest! After running out of plain bagels to a large order from 2 people in front of me, the cashier helped me find an alternative when I was ordering for other people. They went above and beyond to really take care of me. I am so impressed!
