Cava breathed a much-needed breath of fresh air (and hummus!) into downtown's culinary scene. This Mediterranean gem quickly became my go-to spot for flavorful, healthy meals and a taste of something different.

This was my second visit to this location. I was here on a Thursday at 1PM, there was a slight line but it went quick. Service was great. I had the Greek Chicken Salad and it was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Arugula lettuce. I like having low carb options. My other visit was the Lemon Chicken which I loved and wish they would bring back. The dining room was full but there were a few spaces open.

Gotta say I loved it! Many healthy choices--Jordan was patient and helpful--and the bowl was a delight. I loved the arugula with black lentils and red pepper hummus.

Sauce and falafel boss! Greek authentic , Jewish pickles, my card declined and they sported me 3$!

Chipotle is closed on Sundays, this is a koser vegan Sunday meal,a must eat.

I LOVE Cava and could eat here every day of my life. I called to check on the time of my online pick up order and Max answered the phone. He was so friendly and helpful with my order knowing I was on a time crunch. With as busy as this place gets, it’s still quick, clean and the service is always amazing. I will continue to support this location! Not all of them are run this well so kudos to Max and the team! :)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cava, and my experience was elevated to a whole new level, I really like food , service and everything and also, I had a pleasure of interacting with your cashiers Sonu. Her professionalism, and warmth made my visit unforgettable.

My wife and I went for lunch in this cava and really enjoyed. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that cashier girl Sonu or monu I forgot her exact name. She is really smiley face girl, and I really appreciate her being so polite and nice with customers.

I was so happy to find out that Denver has CAVA since I've fallen in love with it in New York, so I obviously had to get some when I visited!
The food was amazing, the store was empty and the workers were super friendly.
The drinks were a bit of a letdown, though, especially the cucumber drink. It was too watered down and was lacking in flavor, huge let down 😔

First time there and will definitely be returning. Jordan was super helpful and friendly as could be. The whole team seems generally good-spirited and the food is tassssty!. Big thanks to Jordan for helping me assemble the perfect bowl!!!

We are from Chicago, and we do not have this restaurant there, so it was our first time. The food was so delicious. We had the Harissa Avocado bowl and my husband had the Greek Chicken pita. Both were very fresh and homemade. Wish we lived closer!
