Einstein Bros. Bagels

I received a warm greeting and asked two questions about the App before placing the order. The clerk quickly responded with the correct choice because I was really struggling. I made my order and she read it back to me. The second person was there handling food was the one who helped out with my questions on the App though my bagel was wrong. Also, I asked if there is dairy in the butter and she replied "No, it's just butter". I didn't think how that would make me feel my only thought was okay, soybean butter, cool! NO!!! I looked it up online and Einstein does have milk in it's butter. I normally order no butter/no cream cheese for good reason and the bagels were too good to not be milk butter, not worth the end result though otherwise I would give them 5/5.

Stopped in for the first time today. Went in at 1:30, only a few people in the place. Fully staffed and eager to help. I had not eaten at a Einstein's in over 10 years so I didn't know what I wanted. After about a minute I decided on the ham and cheese. The staff recommended the Asiago cheese bagel to go with it. So I went for it and had it toasted. It was AWESOME, I will have to have lunch here more often. Way better than fast food. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.
