I have gone to this location many times and am sympathetic to the job market right now and understand it’s difficult to staff. But unfortunately today I received a chicken bowl and the chicken was charred and cooked on the outside but raw on in the inside. Be careful!

2022/1/13 around 8:30pm. Came in the store order 1 steak burrito and 1 chicken bowl. Ordered chicken bowl but wrote “s”(steak) on the cover, charged me more money. Then I opened the cover found a long hair inside my chicken bowl….☹️

So we ordered two burritos today and a kids meal from door dash. And when our order got here our burritos were not served correctly! We called the manger to address the situation and she gladly said we could come in to have our burritos remade. Upon arrival to the store we told one of the employees about our situation and that her manager told us to come in a to replace our burritos. The employee was arguing back stating that the burritos could of been smushed, and was refusing to remake our burritos as they promised on the phone. In the picture below you can clearly see that the burritos were not smush and that was what my $50 went to! After finally getting our food remade you can clearly see a big difference. Qdoba doesn’t even sale burritos that small. NEVER AGAIN!

There is a bug in my burrito bowl. This is the third order in a row that was incorrect. Eat here if you want bugs in your food. Disgusting!!!!!!!

Hey! I work here. We get bad reviews for it being cold or having to wait but we get 10 orders in 5 minutes all needing to be ready in 5 minutes, and many steal the bags we put out. However, the food here is amazing and so is the staff! Please stop by and say hello and we'll greet you!

The employees seem like he was disgruntled and didn’t want to be at work. He was barely scooping items.
As a result myself and the two people behind me had to request larger portions.
They also prioritize online orders and the customers on the inside end up having long wait times with the line growing out the door.

Burritos/bowls are $9-10 a piece. Seems steep but still delish fresh ingredients. Great fast service. :)
