One of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. No one was in the lobby except a delivery driver and myself. I got a more genuine verbal greeting from him. In conclusion, be better Starbucks.

Sausage egg and cheese sandwich is my go to along with the salted carmel cold brew. This time I even got a double espresso dopio which was what I needed for my morning. The staff is really nice and will chat with ya once your to the window. I appreciate that.

They make good drinks, they need to be more observant. Just because the sticker is printed twice exactly the same, doesn't mean it's a glitch. And if yoire in a rush, still ask what the different iptions on the drink are. I know you want to get it done and over with but I didn't pay for trash.

I go early in the morning on Sunday, it's part of my laundry day routine and I'm always greeted with smiles, a welcoming environment and their music Playlist is great! Definitely a relaxed spot and my go to is the caramel Frappuccino (vente with a double shot).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went inside today during a fairly busy time. Waited about ten minutes for a drink I didn't receive. Always ask for your receipt at this location or you will not receive your order.

Probably the most inconsistent Starbucks ever. Their business says open on apps and websites and you show up and they’re closed. And it’s all random. The food/drinks never taste the same. I get the same thing every day. It’s the closest Starbucks to me and it’s just getting to be more disappointing each time.it used to be great!

They always change the hours. They don't open till 1:30pm now. Which is the wrong location to change your hours like this. I-25 is literally a stone throws away from this location. If youre going to change your hours, then update them on Google and you probably wont get so much backlash? What a concept.
The location Illiff and Parker and Hampden and Dayton (which is the opposite direction of I-25 but whatever) are usually more professional and better than this location. This one is just unfortunately on my way to I-25.
