Mcdonald's

This location isn't 24 hours anymore, they close at 2am...This location is awesome. Always hot fries and the Hispanic gentlemen that runs the drive thru late night is seriously the most excited and friendly person to take my order ever from any late night drive thru... he's just the best. Courteous, efficient, and I would leave a tip if I could. He deserves a raise!! I will drive out of my way to come here vs the one by my home on leetsdale. I work late so not many options after hours for food since the pandemic.

I've visited this McDonald's location a few times and on my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by one of the managers. When I picked up my mobile order, he kindly thanked me and wished me a good day. As I was leaving the parking lot, I realized that a part of my order was missing. However, to my surprise, the manager quickly followed up with the rest of my order and was very apologetic about the inconvenience. I have visited many fast food places in Glendale, but this kind of dedication and care for customers is something that truly sets this McDonald's location apart. Despite the minor mistake in my order, the excellent service provided by the manager made up for it. I appreciate the effort that this McDonald's puts into their customer service, and I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. If you're looking for a fast food place with exceptional service, this McDonald's location is definitely worth a visit.

They're swiftly progressing right down the que, for a very organised and hangry mob has developed amidst that sacred drive thru rendezvous. Yes indeed, the rate at which thee humble employees here are serving the local patronage is undeniably an admirable accomplishment. Tis quite busy this evening. For example, i gad arrived and was instructed by my digital overlord to pickup my customers order from the inside of the restaurant, that was of course if it was in any conceivable way possible. So i had taking note of the line already existing yet I parked and made the foolish attempt to open that doorway to the unconscious. Yet i was denied entry, yet again! As i had assumed was the impending result, so i then returned to my pedal-buggy & headed towards that line which by now had literally doubled in girth! Anywho, the successful acquisition of said loot was made for the history books in no time flat. They were polite and thorough and sharp as a tack!
