Cassandra had such wonderful, happy vibes in the middle of the night! She is a joy! What a sweet lady! Go for the tacos, stay for how lovely Cassandra is 😆😁
The food was yummy, the tomatoes were left on the tacos after requesting them tomato-less but it's better to have something you can take off, vs getting a completely different order 😉

I went yesterday for breakfast after I was turned away from the cr*ppy Leetesdale location and the staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond!! They were so kind, sociable, and even recommended their new strawberry twists and let me try one and it was a GREAT experience overall!! I have never left a Taco Bell feeling so happy and satisfied. Great great staff. I would go to this location over the one next door to me on Leetesdale any day!!

Rarely do I find myself writing a positive review for the fast food services, However today employee Jaden M. was to great not to compliment on. I’ve never had such great service ever! It was the lunch rush and Jaden was working the drive thru, and yet he still was very cheerful, he checked all my food before handing it to me to be sure everything was correct before wishing me a great rest of my day. Jaden M. Made my whole day and I hope to hear about him getting a raise.

This Taco Bell was struggling with staffing for a while which made the wait longer. But, I wanted to come and give "Jaden" an employee compliment, he's always giving me my drink cup by stepping away from the drive thru for a second. It's a great customer service move and hopes he gets a raise.

I had such a great experience at this location! I had an issue with the app and not only was the team super helpful in changing my order, they made a delicious burrito! Great management and great employees!

Decent Taco Bell, they normally get your order correct (approx 80% of the time which is on the better side). Dinner time and weekends are very busy. You have to time the drive thru or there could be a long wait, even late at night. Try the Cheesy Gordita Crunch taco...

Had the pleasure of being served by a very pleasant, very hard-working young lady at the drive-through last night. I was completely impressed by her ability to manage her responsibilities while handling her limitations with class and finesse. She didn’t let anything stop her from providing excellent service. Late into the night and with a rather busy customer flow, she maintained a positive attitude and took great care of her customers. Great find Taco Bell, she’s a great asset to the team.
My meal was prepared quickly and flawlessly. Very satisfied customer.
