I've lived here for 3 years in the same unit, and can say overall it's been a pleasant experience. Stuff breaks sure, but the management and maintenance team make an effort to repair it in a timely fashion. An apt's reputation is built off that effort and how they respond to issues in a timely fashion, and the teams here have been communicative and prompt. I've had a few items replaced/repaired and it's been good 👍🏽.
Shootouts to Daniel for his efforts in the maintenance crew, and the previous crew for being awesome as well in fixing stuff.

This is good place to live. Maddie, JaDyne, and Nick are all extremely helpful with anything. Great location and relatively safe neighborhood. The amenities are also quite nice. One negative is that the trash situation is not the best. The hallways smell like trash most of the time due to the overflowing trash room. To alleviate the smell, the trash room door is always open on the street, and it is not a pleasant sight.

I just moved in to Windsor at Broadway Station and the whole process could not have been more pleasant. Nick, Maddie, and JaDyne were all extremely helpful and the apartment is so cute! The location is great - tons of nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

I have lived here since June of 2021 and I love it. The staff and maintenance team are very responsive and helpful. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and the community is quiet and feels safe. Between the amenities and the conveniently located store, shops and restaurants it is the prefect place the live.
