Lovely authentic old pub. Nice decor - not fussy or pretentious.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The menu is not huge (which I like) but is varied with something for everyone.
We will definitely be going back - it was how a pub should be - all the important elements are done well.

Had a family meal for 8of us. Sunday roast was delicious, starter of hummus, and olives. Main of roast pork belly and desert of sticky toffee pudding.
Fab service,warm and friendly atmosphere. Bar staff went beyond as I asked for cocktails not on the menu.

Went here for fathers day and there was a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, I had the rare beef and mash and it was fantastic.
The meat was a perfect cut and really tasty, would really recommend this dish.
Price was a very satisfying amount for the food we had.

Amazing place. So friendly and helpful. Even lent us a ladder to mend the roof on our motorhome. Food was amazing. Do they know how to cook meat. Pork and beef were best ever. Yes ever! Will be back definitely.
I popped in for dinner and the staff were very friendly and I ordered the Shepherds pie which was amazing and after chatting to the chef about other menu items I returned on the Friday and ordered the King prawn tomato and chilli linguine which he made with a smooth sauce as I don’t like all the lum

Stopped off for a spot of lunch on our dog walk from Melbourne to Wilson. Couldn’t fault it. Excellent service, fantastic food and lovely outside area. Will definitely be back.
