Authentic Japanese Sushi just like in Japan. One of only few places to be able to order Otoro fatty tuna. No fancy stuff like dragon rolls etc. just the traditional simple stuff as in Japan. Just wow. Who would have known this was hiding in an unassuming location in Derby. The staff were so friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations. Such high quality fish. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Japanese cuisine.

We had a perfect meal here. All staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, our food was delicious and felt authentic. We loved sitting at the bar and watching the chef prepare sushi. It was overall a great dining experience.
