We selected this steak house for our first dinner in Derby. The steaks are served under cooked. You have to cut them in to strips and finish off on a hot rock. This method helps to retain their full flavour. Superb…! Top quality of the food….!!!

I love the hot stone cooking concept as you can cook the steak exactly how you like it and the food stays hot throughout.
