Omar who is often at the front desk and is so lovely and offers great customer service. Others at the front desk have a lot to learn from Omar.
This place has a fantastic atmosphere and great staff who are genuinely passionate about shisha. Such a great place to hang out or have food at. The food is fantastic, their chicken is even tastier AND cheaper than Nandos.
Shisha are around £20-£25 each.

Love this lounge. Customer service was brilliant. Swift service and covid safety in place too. Great music and vibe. Pipe was a great smoke coal was constantly changed when needed didnt have to ask. Also tried the chicken burger and masala chips tasted really good. Thanks for a great time guys will
Amazing interior after the revamp. Staff are always attentive and friendly. They will always try and get you a place to sit and their food; though limited, is fantastic. Amazing music for the vibe of the place!
