Fabulous afternoon tea experience - couldn't fault any of the food! The staff were very welcoming and our waitress Roxanne was lovely! Would defiantly come back and recommend.
I took my daughter for a 3 course sunday lunch and the food was really nice. I thought when i booked it if its good enough for queen to eat their then its worth trying. The staff were freindly and welcoming. I have also had a afternoon tea which was dissapointing as the sconrs were clearly shop bought and budget range too. Not what i expected from this hotel. But the sunday lunch was very good. I woukd go again. The building is amazing.
Just had our wedding breakfast trial and it has left us so excited for our big day. The food was outstanding...... Atlanta who took care of us was so attentive and asked after each course if we wanted anything changed. I'm happy to say we wouldn't change a thing and even met the Head Chef where we expressed our excitement that he will be recreating this wonderful meal for our wedding. Thank you to all involved so far for exceeding our expectations. �
What a wonderful day we had for Ellie's Hen Do ! A civilised beautiful private room for tea. And what a tea... fabulous food and the cake was to die for. ( the tea was less fabulous. Teapots on tables and definitely fine china is needed)

Now need to plan for my birthday tea and evening here ... decided whilst I was there.

Great afternoon tea, but as per other reviews I've seen, the atmosphere could do with some work and the decor may be in the process of modernising!
