Staff are sometimes in a mood - probably because Maccies is always busy 🫢
Could do with being politer, especially when only being asked where the sauces are 😆
The tables are mostly clean, sometimes not. That’s okay though because the cleaners are always happy to help.
Floors are quite messy, but I’m lucky I visit during a quiet time of day, so there are more staff helping out with cleaning.
Overall, Ozzy Maccies is great 😄 I’m a regular there now so I guess it’s good enough to keep me visiting 😊ðŸ¤
Very good place,me and my dad ate here quite often and each time it was a pleasant experience. Staff are wonderful,food is nice,it usually is pretty quick,and overall one of the best McDonald's I've ever visited.
My grandson adores "Donald's - he always has a happy meal. He gets so excited when we say we are going there. We won a MC Flurry, he ate the whole lot!! He's 4 years old.
Visited around 9pm on a Wednesday while visiting Derby.
Easy to find, very busy large McDonald's!
There were around 20 cars + queuing for the drive thru so went inside.
Ordered on the screen and food served within 5 minutes.
Good portion sizes of fries - often a problem in other restaurants.
Friendly staff.
I have recently visited Burger King at the Wyvern in Derby. I know realise how good the service is at this McDonald's. Obviously it's a fast food chain so the service is never over the top friendly. But colleagues are approachable and polite. This is all I expect really. Burger King staff were dismissive and made me feel like I was interrupting their day. Well done McDonald's for not making me feel like I shouldn't be there.
My quarter pounder came hot and quite quickly so have to give 4 stars but it didn't come with lettuce.
Used screen to order and table service. First time...really good. Cleaning lady did excellent job to keep place really tidy.

Had a very large order for 41 people and was amazed that it took the staff less than 10 minutes to get the order ready. Really impressed
Quick service (McDonald's do provide a slick service and this is no exception). I am disappointed that my hot chocolate was below the fill line(see pictures). I'd used the drive through so couldn't take it back to get topped up when I found out ☹ the food was good and hot. They got the order correct (it's a pain when drive throughs get this wrong). I have eaten here before and they have gotten everything correct but they are not always consistent(hence 4 stars). I would go back but need to now check my drinks as well as food order before leaving next time.
Not a good place to visit. Long wait on a drive thru. No proper coordination.
