Good for gift shopping as always but didn't see any hand sanitising stations in place around the shop. Had my own though so not too bad.

Products are medium price Range. A large size department store. Including a cafeteria.Costa Coffee. Toliets are also available

Happy that we still have this iconic shop on our high streets. Great for designer clothing, perfume and make-up. My only criticism is, that the staff jump on you the moment you walk in.

Lovely store very big. Not much choice for weddings and the ones they have aren't placed very nice all squashed together. Nice staff very helpful. Also the changing rooms arent ideal

Lots of choice with different ranges for budget. The store was nice and tidy and clean. The staff were very helpful especially in the changing room when they went to find me another size and when the size was unavailable they explained when it would be arriving in store on the next delivery. There was no waiting time at the tills.

We visit debenhams restaurant every couple of weeks with our 1 year old daughter. The food is always lovely and the service is good. Reasonably priced with a clean seating area. Some days can get very busy but we tend to visit earlier to avoid the queues

Such a lot of wonderful things in this store from clothes to presents. Wish they still sold electrical goods. Went to the 3rd floor cafe for a coffee, the staff are so nice and the whole store is always so clean.

We love this department store, great range of individual shops under one roof. Costa at entrance. We have just bought a 2 day break experience and found it good value, planning to use it early next year. Debenham has an excellent restaurant, good value, we visit whenever we are in Derby

Fabulous 3 level store with everything you could possibly want except food - unless of course its for consumption that day in which case, they do that too! The ordering area is rather outdated and soon gets busy as not enough staff are on duty! But there's plenty of seating!
