Went to pick up my order and they stated they forgot to add the extra cheese on one of the pizzas. They already had a new one in the oven. Got the correct pizza and they threw in the other one.

The only reason I'm leaving w stars is because of the experience I've had two different times with the employees. The food is great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Normally i do not have problems and get good service. Ordered the Brooklyn style double ultimate pepperoni. Was the absolute greasiest worst pizza I have ever seen. Indont see how that made the quality check. Don't order this monstrosity.

Phone was answered earlier than expected in the morning for a large order for work. Was able to pick up before 11am. Order was accurate, personnel was friendly, food was good. Pricing was great for a large order as well. Very pleased with this visit.

Went to pick pizza up. Wasn't done bc they burnt it. Waited for new pizza it was burnt too. Very disappointed. Definitely won't return. Update: manager did call and apologize and offer free pizza. I find that nice so I will upgrade to a 4 for being nice.
