Had a lovely meal here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty and well presented. Generous portions too. Prices also spot on.

I arrived to the restaurant very early, not long after the establishment opened. But I was greeted very positively. Every member of staff was very friendly and welcoming and engaged in terrific conversation. Cannot rate the staff more highly.

Had a lovely meal when visiting my son who was in the University. Returned when he graduated with family as promised to the lovely friendly owner. Again we all had a nice evening and the food was as good the first time I tried it. Hope to return one day when we travel down to Derby in the near future.
I have been eating at Indian restaurants for 40 years and I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I have had, the onion Bhaji was delicious and crispy, the chicken Phall was amazing with lovely soft chicken and really flavoursome, my Nephews Korma was lovely and creamy and flavoured with coconut, naan bread spot on and rice was nice and fluffy, staff very friendly and attentative, I will definitely be using this restaurant again, highly recommend.

First time visiting this place. Couldn’t fault the friendly and welcoming service. Was really nice at the end of the meal that (I think the owner) chatted to us for a while. She was lovely. We had complimentary popadoms and dips, mixed grill starter which was really very tasty. Mains, chicken tikka masala and a chicken Jalfrezi. All really good size portions and really tasty. Will definitely go again, thank you.

Food was incredible. Paul made us want to come back before we'd even eaten, we've never experienced service quite like it. Outstanding place, a hidden gem and really reasonable too!
