Excellent customer service, originally the pizzas which I bought were slightly cold so I let the staff member know. Not only did he give me a fresh few slices of pizza he also gave me a free hot drink. It was excellent customer service and I was very pleased. I will definitely be returning!

Never used Greggs before but asked for tea with soya and they had it. Brilliant. I. Allergic to milk and I tried the vegan festive wrap (I'm not vegan) abd it was very tasty and flaky pastry
