My dad, boyfriend and I ate here on the 4th (I think) and we returned with a friend on the 7th) of May (a bit of a late review!) and I received the best customer service. The young man at the till didn't mind one bit helping me trawl through the food book finding a meal that would be suitable for me. I apologised a couple of times for being awkward, and he told me that it was no bother and continued to help in a very friendly manner. Vegans are so used to having people roll their eyes, or huff and sigh - even by waiters and waitresses, so it was a breath of fresh air when your staff, in a chicken joint, were so friendly. :) Thank you for having so much choice!
My daughter won 2 combo meals on a competition and i have to say the food was amazing and delicious, staff are very helpful. Would recommend to friends.

This is the first time I tried Nando's food and I loved it a lot. Being an Indian I love spicy food and what I loved the most is they asked about the spiciness, I asked for hot and my husband opted out for extra hot. We were super satisfied after trying this. It was fully worth it. I would always recommend it. The price was not high, the food was good, and the staff was very nice and friendly. I loved the atmosphere as well. If you ever visit Derry, I would recommend you to try Nando's delicious food once. Thanks Nando's.
Last time we went we share a whole chicken wich turned out to be an excellent choice. The chicken was very well cooked. Tasty, Tender and definitely not dry. You can then add as much of the lovely Nandos sauce on afterwards.
One thing I really like is that you can scan a QR code on your table a d order from there. This makes it easier especially if there are a few of you.
Bottomless soft drink option and they also have frozen yogurt.
The food arrived quickly and was hot, tender and delicious.
Our allergies were taken very seriously and we were provided an extra menu with all the allergens listed. 10/10 highly recommend!
Food was excellent. Service was quick and very efficient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to the desirable standards. The window decor was coming down with cobwebs and dust on the windowsills.

Great service from Cara. Food my wife ordered was not available but she was given a few other options. It was obvious the staff wanted to provide an acceptable alternative, well done.
My half chicken was delicious, as was the spicy rice and rainbow slaw... we'll be back!

Food great as always. The staff ask about allergies which is great to see as sometimes I forget to mention this. Restaurant is very clean with a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
My first Nando's experience was in Derry. As a spicy food lover, I am now hooked. Service also tends to be pretty good in this particular Nando's restaurant.

Amazing food, lovely place and the staff is amazing. I really loved everything. I tried vegan burger, very tasty, and the sides as well. I liked the ordering procedure through the website or the app, it is very fast and efficient. Great experience.
