I booked for a 90th birthday party. We had the tea room to ourselves. If you are looking for everything vintage then this is the place to visit. The owner and assistants are in vintage outfits and absolutely love what they are sharing. Old fashioned tablecloths and china teasets. The ambiance is war
Had a lovely afternoon tea , shame the inside was so crazy warm as it looked nice so we had to sit outside with views of a carpark and shipping container ! Still at least the food was good !

I have visited a few times, a really lovely tea rooms with great staff and delicious food especially the cakes and afternoon teas. We had my daughter's party here and the owner went above and beyond to make this special day perfect for us. Very child friendly and dog friendly too.

Food was exceptional, tasty and well presented.
Staff were welcoming, wonderfully attired in vintage dresses to complement the tearoom, recommend to everyone.

Really friendly and fast service - went for Christmas afternoon tea with Santa. The sandwiches and cakes were great, staff accommodating of young kids and they had a lovely time with an excellent, interested, lively Santa. Gifts at the end and the whole afternoon absolutely magical!

Keep going down the bumpy track and you will be rewarded with such a wonderful find. Spent a very pleasant afternoon with friends here. The food was fresh, delicious and well presented. Tea and coffee topped up. All at a reasonable price. Will be back.
Excellent place run by a very friendly local. Great cakes, good coffee, nice ambience. The location on google maps isn't quite accurate, this great tea tea room is at the very far end of the track signposted to Hollows Farm. Great find!
