The Tamar Trotters descended on a ridiculously hot Park Run day. The team was lovely and welcoming. Wonderful iced coolers and gorgeous cake.

Found this cafe after Cranbrook parkrun, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and efficient. Two huge mugs of coffee and a bacon panini £11. Good value.

First time of visiting yesterday and it was lovely! Such friendly staff and owner. The sandwiches and panini where amazing meal deals. Plenty of seating inside and a couple outside. You can buy doggy treats and ice cream from here too.

Absolutely love this place, Debs takes my super fussy coffee order without any issue! Cakes and tray bakes are amazing and there's always gluten free or vegan on offer. Sp pleased to have Cafe 143 open, everybody is friendly and welcoming, I love this place!
