The Park Restaurant - Diss - Photo album

We stayed at this hotel for long weekend for my birthday in April. We had a really lovely time staying here. All staff were very happy, helpful and friendly and we were especially well looked after by Zara and Kira. The food was lovely. The area around was nice with a cute little town and beautiful
Nice clean room although our booking wasn't correct, kettles in rooms had lime scale had to rinse out before use several times. The fan wasn't connected to the wall had to prop it on a chair .overall the cleaning was top marks . The evening meal was really nice and reasonably priced.
Great place to stay. Good night sleep quiet clean & Comfortable with air con added bonus. Hotel has bar & restaurant which does breakfasts and dinners though there is limited dinner options available. Place has fantastic staff who really want to help you enjoy your stay. Check-in and out is digital
Most of the ground floor is dedicated to food, but the lunchtime menu is very limited though the food is plentiful. Drinks are reasonably priced, 1 bitter and a shed load of IPA drinks won't be enticing me back for a long time. Like a lot of other hotels, this 1 is now taking the money off the gove
A “Thank you” and 5⭐️is not enough for the work and effort made by Stacey and her team to celebrate our wedding. The day was just perfect from start to finish. All our guest rooms were as requested our honeymoon suite was clean and nicely set up. The DJ, bar staff, chef and again Stacy made this a d

Made to feel welcome at breakfast despite very limited staff. Although a few things were 'off' the menu at dinner the feta salad and sausages and mash were tasty and the chocolate cheesecake was fabulous. Seems it was homemade by the chef. The hotel needs a bit of work but it was clean. Interestin
Just an overnight - comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The annex we stayed in was the oldest part of the complex and started to feel like it needs a bit of an update. Great staff and a central point for all manner of visits in Suffolk and Norfolk.
My second stay here. Lovely helpful staff and a big thank you especially to the lady on reception this Monday morning (8 Aug) who sorted out an early check-in and a room upgrade for me. Great breakfast too and a beautiful room - I can highly recommend room 11! Stayed with my sister and nephew whilst
Booked quite late for one night before Xmas. Room was upgraded to a lovely suite opening onto a large garden. Accomodation was comfy, clean and very good value for money. The staff went abo e and beyond to accommodate me with my dog. I would highly recommend this Hotel, its close to everything in
The staff at this hotel are without exception first class. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful from arrival right through our stay. Room was good size, bright and very comfortable overlooking lovely gardens. Although the road is close it was not noisy. Breakfast were 'Norfolk' sized
Lovely clean hotel and a lot of newly refurbished rooms, never managed to eat here due to leaving early and returning late. I do have one big bug however, the new rooms have emergency lights in and they are bright enough to light a whole room up at midnight which is annoying when trying to sleep (ph
