This review is of the restaurant, not the stay over facilities of the inn. Went here at lunchtime for a meal with friends - not busy when we arrived, but got busier while we were there - but this did not cause any issues. Good choice on the menu with discounted offers - two courses for £9.95. Food

Had a family meal at the Travellers on Fri. What an excellent meal. There were 6 of us who thoroughly enjoyed 2 courses for a ridiculously inexpensive price. The food was home cooked tasty and well presented and cheerfully served. Well done and thanks to everyone concerned.
Warm and friendly traditional Pub with a Fantastic beer garden at the rear, and decent choice of beers available. Didn't eat so cannot comment on the food available.
Absolutely Outstanding pub from start to finish. Service staff are sublime I cannot fault the place at all. Far better than others in the village by far. Higher recommend
Beautiful quaint pub. What's makes this place is the Host's and staff. Not forgetting the fine beers and wines.
Excellent food and service once again …. Well worth a visit … Home made chips yes yes !!!
A little gem right on our doorstep. Had the steak and ale pie first visit, vegetable lasagne on my second. Good home cooked food, very friendly staff and well worth the money,
Came and played with the brass band at Christmas . Was made nice and welcome and pleasant to sit with the fire lit and play a few carols and relax. Changed owners since I was last there but nice to see food is still been served here . Thank you
