Overall , a nice place , I would visit again.
Rooms are spacious, entranceway is lovely , Confrence facilities are good and staff are amazing.
BUT : mattress was terrible, dips in the middle and We both had bad necks. Room was cold and heating was difficult to operate.

Attended different functions food involved. I have to say hit & miss with quality/heat of food. Sure it will have been noticed with the amounts left when collecting. On one occasion served fish/chips/mushy peas. Froze chips like cardboard, fish seemed like pack breaded fish which was soggy & not ju
The hotel experience was ok and as expected within the price range paid. However, the bar was expensive. The answer given when questions were asked about the range of expensive drinks? It's a hotel!!

A charity event held at this HI. The service,band were good and food was just enough. Unfortunately there was an incident which needed an ambulance in attendance. The staff kept us all organised until the ambulance left and we continued.
I did not stay at this location but I can definitely commend the service here. The navigation system of my car broke down and my cell phone died while on my trip. I stopped by at this location to ask for direction. The gentleman at the desk provided me with printouts of google maps directions. H

Hi all, 1st time I have e stayed at this Holiday Inn, reception staff super friendly and efficient (sheena) a big thumbs up for her... two minor comments the restaurant area was cold and it needed some background music, but I will stay again.
