Sunday early evening family meal out. First time we'd eaten at the Bull and Claw. Service was excellent. Bring your own crayons but staff are so kind and helpful with paper. We had the half lobster which in everyway was absolutely superb! Lobster was cooked perfectly and served cut around in the shell. Salad was a lovely mix of vegetables cheese and no scrimping on the a homemade dressing. Very impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Mark served us with willing smile and helpfulness. Definitely recommend trying Donaghadee.

Went to the Bull & Claw on Saturday evening. We were seated upstairs so away from the main bar and restaurant but unfortunately there was no Atmosphere at all. That being said the staff and food were excellent. I would recommend the Bull & Claw for the friendly staff and good food but make sure you get a table in the main bar.

Went for lunch there whilst visiting Donaghadee to see the filming of Hope Street, aired on BBC. The cod and chips I ate were as good as any I've eaten before. My wife and sister in law were particularly pleased with the batter.
Made our visit a complete success.

Went here tonight for dinner, been a few times and has been great food. Chicken burgers are beautiful and good size. Best place to eat in Donaghadee. Had a couple of cocktails and they where very well presented Staff lovely and would recommend if your looking good food and lovely cocktails this is the go to place

We've been quite a few times to the Bull and Claw in Donaghadee and the place never disappoints.
Felt obliged to leave a review after our last visit because the sea trout that I had off the specials menu for that evening was the best bit of fish I've ever eaten. Kudos to the chef and Katie our server was fab as well. Well worth a visit if you are in Donaghadee.

An excellent vegan (masala) meal. The carnivore accompanying me was also well pleased. Unfortunately the vegan dessert was very limited but I was assured the chef is working on it. If it's as good as the mains, I'll be well pleased. Service excellent and prices reasonable.

Went for an evening meal - the Chowder starter was epic - beautifully seasoned, full of fish and prawns and the portion size was immense.
Main course of trout, broccoli stems, new potatoes and a sauce to die for.
Wanted the banoffee pie for desert, but had to admit defeat after the previous two courses.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Attended Bull & Claw for an early lunch whilst in the town. Food was good. The two bar men that was working on the day was great! Super friendly. Friend ordered 2 pints of their Guinness & rated it very low hence the 4 stars.

The food here was outstanding. The lemon pepper chicken dish was amazing, so delicious, one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. I can't wait to go back again very soon.
